How coverage is measured
One instrumented build
CI builds ClickHouse with LLVM source-based coverage (-fprofile-instr-generate -fcoverage-mapping) on every commit to master.
All test suites
Functional (stateless), integration and unit tests run against that build, and their profiles are merged into one report.
Lines, functions, branches
A line or function counts as covered when any test executes it. A branch counts when a test takes that direction of a condition.
